MONOCULAR INCLINED STUDENT MICROSCOPE

• Base and Arm - Rectangular base on which arm is fixed. A tripple nose piece at one end of arm is also provided.
• Observation Tube - 360° rotatable monocular inclined tube.
• Stage - 120mm x 120mm stage with spring clips & iris-diaphragm below the stage.
• Focusing - By rack and pinion mechanism.
• Illumination - Fork mounted 50mm diameter plano-concave mirror.
• Optics - Achromatic objectives 4x, 10x & 20x (s) & huygenian eye piece 10x.
• This model of microscope is best for senior level students working on higher magnification. The microscope is equipped with coarse & fine focusing and with a sub-stage condenser.

• Base and Arm : Alluminium casted base on which the arm (microscope body) is fixed. A triple nose piece with positive click stop is fitted to the arm. The preset lock to protect the specimen slide is also provided.
• Observation Tube : The observation tube inclined at 45° and rotatable through 360° is fixed at top of the arm.
• Stage : The 120mm x 120mm stage with two spring clips to hold the specimen slide. A sub-stage condenser N.A. 0.65 with iris-diaphragm is fixed below the stage to provide sufficient illumination to high power objectives.
• Coarse Focusing : The two large size knobs on either side of the body brings the stage into rough focus. Controlled by these knobs, a rack and pinion mechanism moves the stage up and down.
• Fine Focusing : The two smaller size knobs on either side of the body controls the fine focusing of the stage. By making fine adjustment with these knobs a sharp image of the object is obtained.
• Illumination : By a fork mounted 50mm diameter plano-concave mirror which provides sufficient illumination in day light/artificial light.
• Optics:
  • Eye piece : Wide Field eye piece 10x.
  • Objectives : Achromatic objectives 4x, 10x & 40x (S).
• Optional : Other optics & accessories which suits the above microscope are available at extra cost.

• Observation Tube - Monocular inclined tube rotatable through 360°.
• Stage - 120mm x 140mm stage with x-y movement graduated mechanical stage having verinier reading 0.1mm.
• Condenser and Iris-diaphragm - Abbe condenser N.A.1.25 with iris-diaphragm and filter holder is movable by rack and pinion mechanism.
• Focusing - Coarse & fine focusing by separate knobs.
• lllumination - In-built base 6V-20W halogen lamp with intensity control is operated on transformer fitted in the base. The lamp is replaceable by plano-concave mirror dia 50mm for day light working .
